Amish Friendship Bread

This bread is amazing and SOOOO moist. It's a great gift for neighbors, completed or just as the starter in a ziploc bag with instructions for each day.
*For this bread you do not want to use anything metal to mix/bake it in. You don't want to refrigerate the dough and if air gets in the bag, just open it to let the air out and promptly close it back up.
Day 1--Do not do anything
2--Mush the bag

1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
*Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1-2/3 tsp cinnamon. Grease 2 large loaf pans (or 1 large and 3 small) well. Dust with 1/2 of sugar/cinnamon mix. Pour batter into pans and sprinkle with remaining mix. Bake 1 hour and 10 mins. (If you use small loaf pans check on it much sooner) Enjoy and share with your neighbors!!
