Chip-Crusted Chicken

Super easy and pleases pretty much everyone.
2/3 cup Dijon-mayonnaise blend (I used 2/3 cup mayo and 3 Tbsp. Dijon)
6 cups BBQ potato chips, finely crushed
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
*Place mayo blend in a shallow bowl. Place potato chips in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in mayo blend; then coat with chips.
*Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Bake, covered w/ foil, at 375 for 20-25 mins, or until juices run clear. (I had to bake mine about 40 mins). Yield: 6 servings.
