Sweet & Sour Meatballs

1 1/2 lbs. extra lean hamburger
1 cup oats (bread crumbs can substitute)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup finely chopped onion (opt)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
*Mix all together, form into 18-24 meatballs (I use a cookie dough scoop and it works great). At this point you can quick-freeze the meatballs for later use or put into a 9x13 baking dish. Cover with sauce (recipe below) and bake at 350 for 40 min. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
SAUCE:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 cup BBQ sauce (I use honey BBQ sauce)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
