No-Knead Wheat Bread

I forgot to take a picture of one of these loaves, but they turned out really pretty and tasted great.
2 c. water
2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
3 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
3 pkg. yeast (3 Tbsp.)
2 eggs
5-6 c. white flour
*Heat water, milk, and oil until very warm (120-130 degrees). Combine wheat flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. Add warmed liquids and eggs. Mix at low speed until moistened.
*Add white flour--use enough to form a stiff batter.
*Cover and let rise until dough doubles in size, about 40 minutes. Stir down and spoon into 3 greased 9x5" bread pans. Bake at 375 for 35-40 mins. (Dough does not need to rise a second time).
***If you do not plan on using loaves right away, wrap in saran wrap and then put in a ziploc bag after they are cooled. Then you can put the bag in your freezer without worrying about the bread getting a freezer taste. When ready to eat, thaw at room temperature.
