Fruit Leather

This is SOOOOO good! My friend and I scored on strawberries this week (20 lbs for $14!!), so we made some fruit leather. It was the easiest thing ever to make and tastes awesome. Plus, it's a much healthier alternative to these sugary/fattening kids' snacks.
*Cut stems off of strawberries and wash (substitute your favorite fruit if you'd like)
*Place in blender or food processor and puree; add desired amount of sweetener/spice (sugar, honey, cinnamon, whatever)
*Spray non-stick cooking spray on both sides of saran wrap and place on cookie sheet. Spread fruit mix on top in a thin layer.
*Put in oven at 150 degrees for about 4 hours--every oven is different so check it every couple of hours. It's ready to take out when it is no longer sticky.
*When finished, use a pizza cutter and slice into "rollups". Wrap in saran wrap. Enjoy!
