These cookies are SOOOOO easy, they look pretty, and they are rich and delicious. I found them on The Sisters' Cafe blog. My husband said, "These are the best cookies you've ever made!"
1 box Devil's food cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup olive/canola oil
powdered sugar
*Preheat oven to 350. Mix together first three ingredients. Dust hands with powdered sugar, then roll dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 mins. They should puff up during baking and flatten when cooling. (I baked my first batch for only 8 mins and they stayed puffy; a sign they needed a few more mins, just FYI) Enjoy!
