Cinnamon Toasts

If you know me at all you know I LOVE breakfast foods! This is delicious!
8 oz. white, thick-sliced bread
2 eggs, beaten
8 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup butter
4 Tbsp. maple syrup
*Cut the crusts from the bread (I didn't), then cut the slices in half.
*Beat the eggs, milk, and half of the cinnamon and sugar together. Quickly dip half of the bread into the egg mixture to coat it. Now melt the butter in a large, nonstick skillet.
*Cook the slices in the butter for 2 mins on each side until golden.
*Mix the remaining spice and remaining sugar and sprinkle over the toasts. Drizzle over the maple syrup and serve immediately.
