Maple-Glazed Pork Chops

These are amazing; they have a very unique taste. And the ingredients are probably all lying around your kitchen right now!

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp pepper
2 bone-in pork chops (7 oz. each)
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1-1/2 tsp butter, melted
1-1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
*Combine first 5 ingredients; rub over chops. Place in a greased 11x7 baking dish.
*Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 20 minutes.
*Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bake 5 mins longer, or until meat juices run clear.
