Babycakes

This is such a cool recipe, you should definitely give this one a try! It has some really unique ingredients and isn't your ordinary cupcake.
2-1/4 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
3/4 cup margarine/butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 jar (2 oz.) squash baby food
1 jar (2 oz.) pears baby food
2 jars (4 oz. each) applesauce & apricots baby food
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 cup ground pecans, divided
1 container cream cheese frosting (I did not make my own frosting, but you certainly can!)
*In a medium bown, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda; set aside.
*Beat eggs, butter, sugars, and honey in a large bowl on medium speed until well-combined. Add baby food and cinnamon, beat until smooth. Fold in 1/2 cup pecans. Slowly add flour mixture; fold in until well-mixed.
*Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 mins, or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. Frost and sprinkle with remaining chopped pecans.
