3 12oz. pkgs. chocolate Chips
1/2 lb. oleo
4 1/2 cup sugar
18 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
nuts of your choice
*Mix milk and sugar in saucepan and cook for 9 minutes to a rolling boil. Pour over all other ingredients that have been combined and stir until smooth.
*Pour into 9X13" pan. Refrigerator until firm.
