Aunt Heidi's Banana Bread

My Aunt Heidi has the BEST banana bread recipe, I've just tweeked a few things. It makes a ton, so it's great for giving to neighbors.
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup butter
1/3 cup milk (can substitute w/ sour cream)
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 cups flour, white or all-purpose
4 bananas, smushed (if you thaw out frozen ones you don't need to smush them)*
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
12 oz. SWIRLZ chocolate/vanilla chips*Preheat oven to 375.
*Throw in ingredients in this order and bake for 50-60 mins (for mini loaf pans 40 mins), or until knife comes out clean when inserted into the center.YIELD: 3 regular-sized loaf pans or 6 minis.
