Lemon Pepper Fried Chicken

Roger is a HUGE fan of fried chicken, but since it's not the healthiest meal I try not to make it very often. Today I was trying to make dinner and didn't have all the ingredients I needed to make a recipe so I just experimented...it turned out SO good!
1 T. olive oil
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. lemon pepper
*Heat skillet and oilto 350 degrees.
*Put flour and lemon pepper in large ziploc bag. Put chicken (one by one) in bag and shake to coat. Place chicken in skillet and cover. Turn occasionally. Cook until center is not pink. I served this with noodles, but baked potatoes would be awesome with it.
