Roger is a HUGE fan of fried chicken, but since it's not the healthiest meal I try not to make it very often. Today I was trying to make dinner and didn't have all the ingredients I needed to make a recipe so I just experimented...it turned out SO good!
1 T. olive oil
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. lemon pepper
*Heat skillet and oilto 350 degrees.
