Crockpot Beef Vegetable Soup

Recipe & photo from New Leaf Wellness. Such a hearty meal, perfect for fall or winter nights!

Ingredients:
8 medium sized carrots (1 lb), peeled and sliced
2 medium sized zucchinis, chopped
1 medium yellow onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 can (15 oz) cannelini beans (white kidney beans)
24 oz of your favorite pasta sauce
1 lb. lean ground beef
4 cups chicken broth--needed ON COOKING DAY

*Throw everything into the crockpot (or a gallon ziploc bag if freezing for later). Cook on low 6-8 hours or until carrots are tender and beef is cooked through.
