Luscious Lemon Berry Muffins

These were amazingly delicious and were really easy to whip up for breakfast!

Nonstick Cooking Spray
2 (7 oz each) Blueberry Flavored Muffin Mix
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Glaze:
1/2 c. powdered sugasr
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

*Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly spray 12 medium muffin cups with cooking spray or line with paper baking cups.
*Combine milk, egg, lemon juice and muffin mix in medium bowl; stir just until moistened. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
*Bake at 425 for 12-16 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 2-3 minutes in pan.
*Combine glaze ingredients in small bowl; stir until blended. Drizzle over warm muffins.
