Chicken Noodle Soup

This came from my good friend, Traci, who credits her friend, Camille. :) Either way, an amazing recipe! Great for those sick days!

1 lb of chicken
4 cans of chicken broth (Low salt from Swanson is the best)
1 bag of frozen carrots, diced
4 large celery stalk, diced
16 oz bag of (mothers brand) frozen noodles
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
garlic salt

*Take thawed chicken and boil for 7 minutes (does not need to be cooked all the way). Dice partially cooked chicken to small cubes.
*Put all ingredients in a large pot and heat until they come to a rolling boil, then simmer for about 40 minutes.
