PB&J Quesadilla

I saw this idea on Good Morning America a few months back. They had kids on the show cooking different variations of the peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I gave this one a try this afternoon for lunch and it was great! I even liked it!

1 Tbsp. Olive oil
Peanut butter--we used crunchy

*Heat oil in skillet. Spread peanut butter and jam on half of a tortilla and fold in half. Put in skillet until lightly browned. The jam gets warm and gooey--so good!
