Frozen Strawberry Delight

This dessert was perfect for summertime. I loved that it was a great alternative to ice cream cake, but was much lighter and has fresh fruit. Definitely a great birthday/special occasion treat because it looks fancy but it's really so easy!

1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 c. sliced fresh strawberries, divided
1 carton (8 oz.) frozen cool whip, thawed and divided
8 oreos, crushed

*Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with foil, letting edges hang over the sides; set aside.

*In a large bowl, combine milk and lemon juice; fold in 2 cups strawberries and 2 cups cool whip. Transfer half of the mixture to loaf pan. Sprinkle with oreo crumbs; top with remaining strawberry/cool whip mixture. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

*To serve, using foil, lift dessert out of pan. (Don't worry; this part is easy!) Invert onto a serving plate; discard foil. Spread remaining cool whip over top and sides of dessert; garnish with remaining strawberries. Cut into slices. Enjoy!! We sure did at our house!
