Chicken Carbonara

This dish is SOOO good! My mom brought this recipe with her when she came to visit, and it was the best meal to have right after having a baby.
1 lb. chicken, cubed
1/2 lb. bacon, cut up
3-4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
1/2 pint whipping cream
1-2 pints half & half
1-1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
*Fry bacon. Save 3-4 Tbsp. grease. Once cooked, take bacon out of pan and put on a paper towel.
*Add chicken to bacon grease; fry until done. Add garlic when chicken is almost finished cooking, let cook for a few minutes. Add bacon, whipping cream, and half & half. Simmer for 4-5 minutes, then add cheese to thicken sauce.
*Serve with rice. Enjoy!
