5 medium red potatoes, chopped (leave peeling on)
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 cans corn, drained
Small can evaporated milk
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage, "sage" flavor
*Put potatoes in large pot and fill water just above potatoes. Add chicken bouillon. Boil, uncovered, about 15 mins, or until tender.
*Meanwhile, cook sausage; drain. Add to potatoes when finished cooking.
*In a blender mix corn and evaporated milk; add to potatoes.
