2 cups sugar
8 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup nuts, chopped, opt. (I like using sliced almonds, not chopped)
*In a large saucepan mix sugar, butter, cocoa, and milk. Boil EXACTLY 2 MINUTES.
*Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients and stir well. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand for 30 minutes before serving......or live on the wild side and eat them while they're still a little gooey over ice cream! So good!
