An oldie but goodie!

*Brown the hamburger and add the beans and soup
Then place in a small baking dish (approx 9x9)
*Make mashed potatoes (2 large Idaho potatoes)
and add the mashed potatoes to the top of the hamburger mix
*Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
*Add shredded cheddar cheese to the top and bake another 10 minutes
Yu-hum-mee!

***I do my shepherd's pie just a little different, it's my own variation. Here's my recipe:
6 large potatoes (unpeeled)
4 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup milk (less if you want them clumpier, more if more runny)
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 handful chives
*Boil potatoes until the skin is starting to come off, that's when they're soft enough. Throw in mixer with rest of ingredients. Do a taste test before taking them out to make sure there's enough of everything.

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
2 cans mixed veggies
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
*Brown ground beef. Mix in garlic powder and cumin. Add veggies.
*Put ground beef mixture into 9x13 baking dish and then layer mashed potatoes on top.
*Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
