White Chicken Chili

1 lb. chicken, cubed
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. vegetable oil
Sautee chicken, onion, and garlic in oil until chicken isn't pink. (A shortcut is just to boil the chicken until it's cooked through)
*Put chicken in large bowl and add:
2 cans great northern beans, rinsed & drained
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayan pepper
*Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer for 30 mins. Can serve w/ sour cream. Enjoy!
