My friend gave me this recipe and it was a big hit at our house. I loved having such a healthy meal loaded with lots of veggies.
4-5 large chicken breasts, frozen (shred once cooked)
1 large bell pepper
1 large onion
1 bunch sliced mushrooms
1 can tomato paste
1 cans tomato sauce
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 bouillon beef cubes
1 garlic clove
*Throw everything in the crock pot and cook on low about 6 hours. Serve over egg noodles.
