-Brown 2 lbs. hamburger and drain fat.
-Add 2 tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. oregano, 2 tsp., salt, 2 tsp. cumin, 2 tsp. accent, 4 Tbsp. sugar, 1 large onion OR 2 tsp. onion powder, garlic salt to taste, 2 small cans tomato sauce, 2 small cans tomato paste, 6 small cans water.
-Simmer 40 minutes.
-Add 2 cups cooked rice.
-Serve with: tortilla chips, lettuce, green onions, avocados, tomatoes, cheese, olives, sour cream. Serves about 12-14
